In almost every case, yes. Dropped frames are almost always a mismatch between your bitrate, encoder settings, and connection. We tune NVENC and bitrate to your real upload speed and verify with a test stream — zero dropped frames is the goal.
Usually. Hum usually comes from ground loops, power noise, or gain structure. We'll walk you through quick physical checks on your end, then add noise gates, EQ, and filters so it disappears from your stream.
A capture card (we'll spec it and configure it remotely), correct passthrough and loopback audio routing, and sync between the two machines. We handle the whole chain.

Yes — general remote PC support covers viruses and malware, slow machines, crashes, driver issues, software and printer setup, Wi-Fi problems, backups, and just about anything else. If it's a computer problem, we can usually sort it in a session.
Absolutely — we're Linux specialists. OBS & streaming on Wayland/PipeWire, Proton gaming, distro setups, drivers and hardware config, dual-boot & migration, audio routing, and self-hosted servers. If it runs on Linux, we can usually sort or tune it remotely.
